Return Policy

We accept returns or refunds within 7 days of your delivery date for most items — as long as they meet our return eligibility criteria.

Returns are only accepted for valid reasons such as:

• Clear defects in sizing or quality

• Wrong item received

Please note: a simple change of mind does not qualify for a return.
We reserve the right to determine whether a return request meets our policy standards.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• All tags and labels must be attached

Return Shipping Costs

• If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged or defective product): return shipping is free

• For all other returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

⚠️ Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer directly.

Lost Packages

If your order wasn’t delivered and no refund was issued, it may be due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout

• Address formatting errors during label creation

Always double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after we’ve received and inspected your returned item.

Once approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider

If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

1. Check with your bank or credit card provider for any processing delays

2. Still no update? Text us at 330-458-7214 and we’ll look into it immediately

⚠️ Refunds cannot be processed until returned items are physically received and approved.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

You can choose between two easy options:

1. Return & Exchange: Send back the original item (return shipping paid by the customer) and we’ll ship the replacement once approved.

2. Discount Option: Receive a 50% off discount code to place a new order right away — no need to return the original item.
